Hikarica currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
The estimated Standard Shipping delivery time is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Currently, we do not offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
For orders shipped with a tracking service, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey. Some regions or shipping methods may not support full tracking.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Hikarica. We are unable to predict or control these fees, and we declare the full value of the order on customs forms as required by law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Hikarica is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (over 20 business days), or if you have not received your package within a reasonable time frame, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and any relevant details. We will investigate with the shipping carrier to assist you.
