Welcome to Hikarica. By accessing and using our website and purchasing our products (Dresses, Pants, Tops), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Hikarica.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All purchases made through our site are subject to product availability. We may, at any time and without notice, limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

All content published and made available on our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs (for Dresses, Pants, Tops), photographs, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hikarica or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. The "Hikarica" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Hikarica. All other marks are the property of their respective companies.

No license or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise to use any intellectual property displayed on the site without the prior written permission of Hikarica or the third party that may own the relevant intellectual property.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hikarica. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, final sale items, clearance merchandise, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
