  • The quality, accuracy, or fitness of any products purchased, including Dresses, Pants, and Tops.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the website shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hikarica for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

The website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hikarica. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, final sale items, clearance merchandise, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
